I applied online. I interviewed at 24/7 Real Media (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
Bom, a entrevista foi uma conversa, com apresentação de filmes e de portfólio de edição. Mostrei apenas os projetos principais. Demorou um tempo e depois de algumas semanas entraram em contato comigo.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 24/7 Real Media (New York, NY) in Mar 2011
Interview
Two interviews total. Smart, competent people. Solid business with upside. Most questions were what you'd expect for product management type positions. Approach to problems, past successes, failures, etc. No real surprises.
I ended up exiting the interview process as there just wasn't a great fit. Nothing wrong with them - or me - I don't believe. It's just the particular role they were hiring for was too constrained in a particular role as compared to what I was hoping for.

Question 1
There were no serious surprises. No one asked me what animal I'd be or tried to trip me up with mind benders.
There was one one on one interview after the phone conversation and that was it. You just had to leave a good impression. HR is very nice and easy to talk to and you are relaxed, able to talk the way you feel about whatever you want. The interview process was way better than the overall experience.

Question 1
Why do you want to be here? That's always the hardest anyway.
