Very informal. Which made for a comfortable experience. A laid back conversation was followed a week later by a SWOT analysis. Presented via zoom to a panel of 2 which was followed by a series of questions based on the presentation.
I had a 2 stage interview. Both professional and the District Manager was friendly. Was clear in his delivery and the 2nd interview was to assess me as a person
