I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 2060 Digital (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Ghosted after what was thought to be a 'good' interview (online), took extensive personality testing that I was promised a copy of prior to accept taking the time for a role I wasn't a 100% sure I wanted but 150% sure I could crush it. Very disappointed how they reached out to me, 2+ rounds of interviews, and nothing until I followed up several times over several weeks.
Good news: I did finally recieve the 'promised' copy of my assessment, which I am grateful for. I have a collection since my first ('99) and read the same!
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at 2060 Digital (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Initial phone call and then a zoom interview with two people. The zoom interview was completely unprofessional and strange. They very clearly had not prepared questions and gave very vague answers to anything I asked. It was very uncomfortable. They then sent me a personality test that I completed and then I was completely ghosted. It’s been months and I have not heard anything. They were offering very low pay for the job requirements as well.
