1st Step Behavioral Health interview questions

I submitted my resume to First step and was scheduled an interview the next week. The interview was about 30 minutes long, and I was granted the position on the spot. I was directed to take a drug test that day and received a call a week later confirming my position. They contacted all of my professional and personal references that week.
