Interview
First was a phone interview and they called me back to schedule the first in person interview. The 1st interview occurred in Costco after watching about 5 minutes of them working and taking notes. From there I was called in for the final interview and offered position right there on the spot.

Interview
The first interview is at the company headquarters with the owner. Very laid back personality, pretty much just let you know about the company. If you make it to the 2nd interview it is on location at one of the site (ie Sam's Club or Costco). You will then be asked to email in why you deserve the position. He final step is a phone interview.

Phone interview, followed by one on one interview. When you get there, they gave you a form to fill out. They ask for basic information like address, former employer, if you have a car, what year and make?
