Horrible process and not at all impressed. I was contacted by a recruiter there months ago who asked me for my availability for a call. I promptly replied and she didn’t follow up. I emailed her the next day and still ZERO reply. Interesting, I have very high standards as a recruiter and don’t see it as just a job- it’s about people- yet they have someone in the toke who they clearly think is more qualified yet can’t even reply to an email that they initiated. I more than anyone understand how busy it can get but I still stick to my commitment to ensure a top quality candidate experience. It’s not just going through the motions and a recruiter should also be mindful they are a brand ambassador. I also see they’ve interviewed other recruiters who haven’t had a great experience. I also look at like this- I could’ve been a potential customer but based on this I wouldn’t consider it. Not impressed at all but seems like I dodged a clear problem the company has if this is the representation.
