After the interview in July 2024 I had to complete online tests and get my fingerprint scans done. After all of that I got a call two months later to say that I'd be receiving an offer letter. I am still awaiting the offer letter. I have been ghosted at all follow up attempts. If they contacted the incorrect candidate then the right thing to have done was to call and apologize, not ghost the candidate. Extremely unprofessional.
