Interview
A phone screening followed by a writing test meant to mimic workload throughout course of program, then a 30 minute or so interview where an offer was made at the end and we further discussed the role.
It starts with a writing test where they give you two topics to write about in like 2 hours. Then there is a skype interview where they pretty much just ask you about yourself and tell you about the job.
The process went very quickly, I exchanged emails, phone calls and a Skype call and then was offered the position. I talked with two people throughout the entire interview process.
