Interview

I responded to an ad on Craiglist for a web designer. The interview process was not rigorous, I emailed back and forth with the job poster and then came in for an interview. He contacted both my references and then I came in for a second interview.

I was told that their website was built using tables so I was asked how comfortable I was with that, Dreamweaver, and using FTP software.
