Two rounds, first with the team and the second with manager and hr. Competency quiz after the first round. Straightforward enough process and not drawn out - two weeks or so for both rounds

Structured interview - both commercial and technical questions - different interviewers with different backgrounds - the interviewers were really preparated on the candidate CV, they even asked questions about passions, interests and side projects (appreciated)
