      Pros

      Cons

For a company with a core value of innovation, lululemon acts against this value when it comes to its people. frequently, lululemon looks to reduce benefits, increase hours without adequate compensation, and is regressive with its WFH policies. I worked 3 years in a remote position with my best performance evaluations ever, yet I am being forced to go against my contract to go into an office 3 days a week without additional compensation (which is illegal).
