Rude behavior by seniors if we little late in morning even if we generally stretch working hours in evening due to unnecessary meeting with US person.
Comparing new joiner working timeline with other who is working for more than 5 years .

Funny thing is we have to inform early probably 1-2 days if we want to log off on time. Due to this reason we can't take decision for our personal planning.
In today’s crazy world, not feeling like your job is on the chopping block is huge. ECW values family and balance in a way I haven’t seen elsewhere.
Cons
Slightly disorganized/flat organizational structure means tech is always slightly behind market. The flip to that is that they are big enough to get to wait and see what actually works before building product.
