      Business outlook

      Pros

Flexible working arrangements, bearable workload, supportive manager

      Cons

You might feel a bit lonely especially if you are a new hire and younger. Majority of the staffs here are older and have been around for years, and while that shows a low turnover rate, it is a bit hard to make work friends.

      Good backgroud

      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      flexible work arrangements good pay

      Cons

no action from HR against demeaning comments towards immigrant colleagues, so all the diversity and non discrimination policies are just empty words cost cutting announcements just letting go of people while management continues to travel everywhere in business class. fired a lot of people in Q3/Q4 of 2025 due to economic downturn yet now promoting that allnex is hiring on LinkedIn and other platforms. career growth only for ppl in Germany, if you are not in Frankfurt, no chance to be seen
