How is management perceived at Zapuza?

I worked almost for 3 years at zapuza technologies llp as a senior software developer. The thing i like most in this company is their good management. They have a very good management and they handle all situation in organized way. If you at the stage of starting your career this is one of the best startup to start with, because they enroll you in client project in very latest technologies that will help you to grow and learn. They provide all the KT required for the project. The most beutifull thing i have seen that is flexible working time 😊

If you are an experienced developer like more then 7 to 8 years you will recieve less salary as compared to other, But if you compare their culture and work life balance it's not an big deal. Because salary and WorkLife balance never comes together 😁

As i started working at zapuza i thought it is a small company and opportunity will be less, but i was wrong the company situated in a rural area with its registered address, but its management are top notch, sometimes i think its MNC or Startup 🤓

There are two side of a coin and yes i faced few challenges here they need to come to a urban area, sometimes i asked them to start work from office but they are preferring WFH , Feeling bore on this WFH.
