Nice offices, good work life balance, working from home pretty flexible with most teams only doing 1 day per week in the office. Salary is ok, but could be better. Offices are really nice and in great location on Headrow.
Cons
There's a culture of "don't fix it until it's completely broken and someone has put a torch to it and scattered the ashes". Processes are from the 90s, decision-making is slow and new opinions generally aren't welcome.

Flexible generally, work from home and ambitious organisation.
Cons
Work hard and often longer than contracted for, for less than median industry pay in some cases.

They genuinely care about you as an employee. They do look after you and are reasonable employers. I very rarely don’t feel like going in to work. It is a healthy working environment albeit some colleagues telltaling like they’re in primary school but all in all I do plan on staying around. Pay is okay and benefits are okay, Get a yearly performance bonus. Security guard is always on site so safe working environment. Good support available and managers willing to make reasonable adjustments. Good work life and home life balance. Good training and support.
Cons
Annoying planning department always on your backside about something. Can sometimes be thrown in the deep end. Not much career progression. Work can be a bit repetitive.

Loads of systems, loads of people. Great team. Great work. It is next level in terms of automation and technology than where I have worked before. People are more skilled. Love my manager and like the fact that his work style and thought process, approaching an issue are quite similar to how I would do it. I think he is brilliant in terms of experience and I hope to learn a ton from him. Love my colleagues who I thought are busy but helping. Too new to comment about anything else but looks good for now.
Cons
I would have loved a more structured approach to induction. System accesses should be given automatically for a role rather than me having a request it and most times I am not even requesting it to the right person. The Head office location is one of UK's most unsafe places and I would dread passing alone there or in a cab in the cold and dark winter night. As a woman I am not comfortable commuting to Bradford via the bradford interchange. I have had some strange experiences in just the first few days of my travelling. Hoping the flexible working/work from home would reduce my travel. The office location should definitely be moved.
