Lack of job security: I was let go during my probation period due to restructuring, which was unexpected and left me in a difficult position. Poor communication: The company did not provide clear expectations or transparency about restructuring plans. Unstable environment: Employees, even new hires, are at risk due to sudden organizational changes.
