Pros
Cool company that worked on alot of cool projects. The people that I met there continue to be some of my best friends in LA, plus you got free lunch everyday so the culture was cool. I got the chance to take as much on as I wanted because we were so short staffed, so I ended up getting alot of experience in producing and felt like I really had ownership of my pwn projects. The people I worked directly with seemed to want me to grow as much as possible.
Cons
Feast or famine - I was either overworked or bored to death. While I was there I ended up doing alot of work over my pay grade, including training a new producer that came in about 6 months into my stay there. There was no sense of growth or real connection to the higher ups. I had to push for my own performance reviews and they always ended up with really vague promises of training me more to take more responsibilities, but never giving me anything concrete. I asked for a dollar raise to match the other creative coordinators at 25 an hour and was denied.
