Pros
There were good people in my workgroup that became friends.
Cons
Extremely siloed. I was managing build projects, but honestly had little to no contact with any of the other groups beyond my builds. Workgroups didn't tend to talk to one another, much less work together to find solutions to common problems, so those problems persisted for MUCH longer than they needed to. (think every group in their own boat trying to fight the waves, when it would've been much easier to fight the tides all together)
