Amazing providers and co workers! No matter what is thrown at them, they make it work for the patients

Dysfunction, unprofessional conduct, and retaliation that are simply unacceptable for an organization of this tenure. Leadership has repeatedly failed to take accountability, choosing instead to deflect blame while operations continue to suffer. The culture at Walk-In is one of disrespect from the top down. What should be a space of women empowering women has instead become an environment of hostility, cliques, and unprofessional behavior. The lack of emotional intelligence and consistent failure to carry out basic responsibilities— such as maintaining necessary supplies-has directly compromised the effectiveness of patient care.
