What are some insights into the application process at Vons?

Flexibility. Able to walk around store & not bound to 1 department.

Item inventory not efficiently accurate. Smart phone application commonly would go down making orders harder to complete & thus making quota set my department manager. The worst part of it all was really just my associate team micromanaging. everything else was fine.
