Good salary, flexible working time, quite low upper cap for overtime

Organization management very bad. Knowledge of know how relatively still attached to human, not the system. Some positions are just too mean to be given to newcomers as it has insanely high expectations but with little to no preparation for newcomers. Some positions even have manager level took long sick leave due to work within just 2 months and ends up leaving the company.

Good team, overtime available when needed, private GP, other company benefits available for reasonable salary sacrifice.

As with most blue collar jobs wages not matching cost of living rise, no real options in terms of career progression.

Belmont office employs mostly contractors with limited to no benefits Lots of engineering degrees not doing any actual engineering. If you want to utilize your degree/have high career aspirations this is not the place to work. Basically if you like technical work this is not the place for you (except for a few roles in UI design and machine learning), high school graduates could do 95% of the jobs here
