Great perks comparable to other Tier 1 product companies(Food, Travel, Health Insurance, OPD reimbursement, term insurance, wellness, mental health benefit, Klib, continuous education etc )
It is a fast-paced environment, with systems and processes designed to make sure you are on your toes
Hybrid work environment
Great Manager who is a leader in every sense and coaches you- not available to everyone
Awesome learning and growth opportunities in terms of the gamut of PM responsibilities and working with stakeholders (great for long-term career growth) which was not possible in my previous company due to a mature PM org with limited responsibilities
Cons
Some teams need better WLB, check which team you join
Lack of understanding of UiPath as a company and products among joiners and candidates due to its nature of back office automation product suite despite UiPath being a good paymaster
Majorly Microsoft shop (needs better diversification)
The stock price took a hit but it is recovering slowly, so people who joined in the era of $12-$18 or got great refreshers last year may see stock appreciation (depending on stock movement)
