Can be dangerous , wrongful terminations and deactivations , siding with customer more than driver most times.

Unfortunately, there were no positive aspects to my experience.

I joined the Content Team at Uber as a Data Analyst Specialist IV, and my experience was marred by significant issues: Biased Management: The manager completely ignored employee concerns and showed blatant favoritism, creating an unfair and toxic work environment. No Action on Complaints: Despite raising concerns with management, no action was taken to address the issues. Poor Work-life Balance: I was required to work beyond my assigned 1-10 pm shift to support US-based stakeholders, leading to extended workdays. Additionally, there were no refreshments provided, exacerbating the overall dissatisfaction. Lack of Support: Teammates were uncooperative and refused to provide necessary knowledge transfer, forcing me to handle tasks independently.

The benefits were great and WFH hybrid was available.
