Absolutely no career advancement opportunities. They had a “GROW” your career workshop but the people running it did not show up and they never rescheduled it after they said they would. Leadership seems to care more about what Wall Street thinks and private investors than their own people. They don’t have clear product vision and management which leads to people getting laid off after just starting there.
