There is no “Culture”. The management does not have vision, cannot set and stick to a direction. No proper criteria to evaluate performance for increments, unfair judgements (Favoritism). Business process is very long especially when dealing with Finance. Processes are manual and leaders are reluctant towards change, HODs are reluctant towards collaboration and help. People mindsets are limited, because of lack of motivation and inspiration by the upper management. It is sad and disappointing. Budgets are wrongly being used towards the upper management’s favor. Good career progression and increments only goes to those who is close to the upper management. The management only makes last minute, and twisted decision. At first they want A, when it’s too late they suddenly want B, and ask fornthe progress for C. This is common reality in Touch N Go SB that no one talks about. It is critical, and really bad. TNG Digital is doing good and they are the savior.
