I applied for the Customer Care Specialist role. After I was hired they said we are actually Payroll Specialists. On the application under job description and roles it didn’t list ANYTHING about payroll. If it did, I would’ve passed on the job since I don’t know anything about it and don’t want to deal with payroll. I stuck it out and tried to get through training. However, it is an insane amount of information to learn and it was just shoved down our throats. We were thrown to the wolves to start taking calls on our own and I still didn’t know anything. This all could’ve been avoided if they were transparent about the job description. It seems like the turnover rate is very high because they hire classes of people every couple months.
