Low Basic Salary compared to other top BPOs, including low incentive scheme plan. Meal quality - While free, the quality and cleanliness of the food have been criticized by some employees. Cascading of schedule models and transitioning to new shifts seemed "too rushed". I believe that effective change management requires transparency, adequate notice, especially for shift changes (at least 1-2 weeks notice).

Depends on which campaign you are endorsed, my previous campaign was stressful. HMO was also downgraded last year... that's the only benefit I'm not happy with upon leaving.
