What are co-workers like at TD?

My experience with TD has been amazing, in 3 short years I experienced fast growth and doubled my income, perks are great I would love more benefit coverage but it’s still better than a lot out there and the culture is amazing, I have watched a number of colleagues leave and always return.

This experience might not be common to all, the growth is unique, so come ready to work hard and show yourself and stay open minded.

This job is great because I can work Remote, the people are nice people and there is a decent work life balance.

At least in my department the communication is terrible. It seems that no one is ever on the same page about how things should be done. Compared to previous places I have worked training is short and felt like I learned nothing from training. It seems hard to grow in the company because if you do not know the right people you won't move up. Benefits are also pretty expensive

Over compliance in call centre and micro managing gets very stressful for employees. You can get stuck in a call centre and not be able to move out. Limited opportunities made available.

They still operate in a shady way - look at the $3 billion fine they paid in the USA. They do not really put customers first or even colleauges - they put the share holders and C-suite staff first.... There is a lot of talk of support and how great TD is, but they continue to restructure and get rid of good people so they can pay as little as possible to overwork the current employees.
