Pros
Salary and Benefits are good, but management is oblivious that those are not the highest priorities of new-gen staff.
Cons
Senior Management seems to have changed their management style. Pushing down new policies and processes without giving any thoughts to how those affect staff morale, job scope , workload and productivity. Least bothered about people management side. 'Somehow Get it Done because I want it' seems to be the moto. Anything and everything is linked to KPIs and performance appraisal (scare tactic)
