Pros
The work itself was interesting.
Cons
The company uses deceptive, shady practices. During my time there, I saw them:
-Hire dozens of people, requiring them to be available fulltime, onboarding them, but then never gives them any work.
-When new hires asked about work, management would recommend that they check the platform every hour to see if there were new tasks. In the meantime, they kept hiring new trainers.
-Not paying full amount.Dozens of trainers were offboarded and only paid 1/3 of their hours.
-Promising bonuses for work but then never paying them.
-Creating job listings saying $18-$24 per hour, but then offering a much lower hourly rate.
They were also highly disorganized to the point where it was comical.
