Over the time I've been there the programs and computer training were surprisingly good, and made a point of being inclusive to everyone. All races and genders.

Trucks are shared on your off days, and room for raises are tight. Come in at a good rate, if not... you'll regret it. Everything is green.

Upper leadership is terrible. They only care about numbers and doing whatever it takes to make them. They only see people as numbers and dont care about your home life at all
