* Very flexible scheduling and remote work
* Extremely chill even in the busiest parts of the company
* Coworkers are smart and collaborative and good people
Cons
* Upper leadership questionable decisions
* Long-term you won't accomplish things that are important for growth and learning and putting on resume
* Pay is nowhere near competitive in industry
* No career growth
Peers were great. Ability to work from home was a plus.
Cons
Leadership is mediocre at best with "bets" being unrealistic after several rounds of layoffs and RIFs. CFO resigning and selling his shares amidst a RIF was telling of company culture when I first started.
