Working at Sport Clips has provided me wonderful training opportunities with my technical hair cutting skills and management. The support center is located in Georgetown, TX - which is a great commute. High standards and excellent Stylist training. I mean excellent! Sport Clips is a great place for Stylists to start a career in men's grooming with growth opportunities in the stores. I worked at the support center in Georgetown and it was a great part-time job while my children were young, The staff at the support center are some of the best people I've ever met and I'm thankful for what I learned from them. Camaraderie with support staff. The autonomy & trust to do my job.

Current CEO Having high standards is great, but I watched my co-workers at the support center get beat down by the executive leadership team and it brought out the worst in a lot of us. The line between excellence and 'nothing is ever good enough' was crossed too many times. High turnover: watching my amazing co-workers leave because of the toxic executive leadership. Executive leadership screaming and demoralizing employees in meetings. I should have left when it happened to me, but I stayed because of the flexible schedule and location of the office. Did I mention nothing is ever good enough?
