Pros
My manager at the time was amazing, I was able to have a lot of flexibility with scheduling. The pay was also reasonable for CNA work.
Cons
The department I was at had two managers for resource. One for each shift. I was night shift, but whenever the night shift manager was out, I felt like the day shift manager tried to overstep her boundaries a little bit. My manager was amazing, but he left and the other one took over his job. I wasn't willing to work under her at all so I left. She would always try and call me when I was asleep for my next shift to talk about things that I already had underway with my actual manager. It was completely and utterly bizarre. I also felt a little isolated as a resource member because there wasn't a way to have a consistent team that I worked with so I spent every shift feeling like it was my first day.
