Since the change in leadership, the overall work environment deteriorated significantly. More broadly, I observed poor management practices, internal politics, and inconsistent progression opportunities. Certain individuals appeared to be shielded despite problematic behaviour, and micromanagement was common. The recent reorganisation process lacked transparency and support, with many employees feeling sidelined. Internal recruitment during this period also appeared unfair and poorly handled.
