What is the salary like at Scentsy?

The pay is good, and workers are also provided with an allowance to purchase from the cafeteria. The work, although repetitive, is often fun, and music plays in the building. There are fun events that Scentsy will pay for.

No headphones are allowed for safety reasons. The cafeteria closes before the lunch break of swing shift employees. There was once a frozen yogurt machine, but they never repaired it when it broke, and I don't know if other benefits will disappear. Seasonal work means mildly inconsistent hours throughout the year.

Salary is not as high as some companies. You gotta take your tradeoffs.

They work you so hard to meet unrealistic deadlines. Pay is not very good. They are trying to recover after doing so well during Covid’s hyper growth.
