What is the hiring process like at ResultsCX?

Very simple process but the top management is in wrong hands and they’re terminating people like anything and not a recommendable organisation especially for new joiners

Compensation is significantly lower compared to other BPO companies for similar roles. May not be ideal for those with experience looking for competitive pay. Limited long-term growth due to lower salary offerings

Company environment is so cool there are trainers helping adding to this I would like to appreciate about the food quality provided here however I would like to see improvements in the transportation.

Specially it is a medical process a little bit challenging for freshers but not for the experience people however I am blessed with experience colleagues that helping me out I would definitely recommend this company for other people to join soon.

Do not leave your job to join this place as they will pull the job offer at last minute without telling you or relying on you to message for an update on things like equipment
