The team was supportive, and the environment was professional yet welcoming. Leadership valued both employees and patients, creating a positive workplace culture. I gained valuable experience and appreciated the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to quality patient care. They really do care for employees, communication is key.

Like any healthcare setting, it could get hectic at times, especially during peak hours. Workloads could be demanding, and occasionally, communication between departments could be improved. However, the overall experience was positive, and I’m grateful for the skills and connections I made during my time there

This was a nice place to work. The work culture was pretty good but like any had some issues and personalities. Overall the company does have some nice benefits and the therapist schedule is pretty good compared to some therapy clinics now a days. They do still try to maintain a balance of being financilly stable but allowing patients one on one with the therapist.

Pay is low, not much room for bonuses or gaining financially. The policies and procedures required are silly and just to cover the companies bum.
