Working as a Customer Service Advocate at Centene has been a generally positive experience, especially with the flexibility of working from home. The company offers thorough training, and the stability that comes with being part of a large healthcare organization. Overall, it's a good role for those looking for stability and remote work, but there are definitely areas where Centene could improve to better support its frontline employees. My POC Namrata Sahu was a great support throughout the assignment.
