Does PwC offer dental insurance?

Pros

There are lots of very smart people at PwC and some interesting clients. Good health insurance benefits and general benefits in line with other major consultancies such as salary sacrifice car scheme, dental insurance etc.

Cons

Can be very difficult for experienced hires to get on desirable work and off the bench. Much of resourcing is done in the typical consultancy way of partners asking those they have worked with before onto the job, which means new joiner experienced hires can really struggle to get onto good chargeable work rather than endless proposals. I spoke to a number of people in similar positions to me who had had the same struggle and there is a significant number of experienced hires who leave in <1 year.
