If you're "full time," just expect to pick up the slack of lazy, non-committal "part time" employees who can pick and choose when they're available to work, leaving "full-timers" with all the bad shifts.
Meaning, no work-life balance.
You won't get an employee discount, but they're happy to provide discounts to students who don't even work there. Sanitation and food safety is a joke. Management doesn't care about food safety unless they're being audited by Steritech, otherwise they'll force you to put out ready to eat product that's been mishandled or not at temp.
