extremely low pay for the amount of work and responsibility, lack of support and safety protocol for special needs students, no breaks for part-time employees, high turnover with younger employees due to lack of support and high expectations, way too hard to get a bathroom break during shift

Lack of communication, no team building, no clear objectives. Time off policy is not great and if you do not put in a 2 week notice your pay is lowered to minimum wage.

Great leadership, coworkers are passionate about the job, pay is better than most schools for a similar role. The discount for your own child is great and I love being able to send my child to quality school where they can get the education they deserve.

This career field in general has some high turnover.

Really Really Really sweet kids

If I could give zero stars, I would. The management at this preschool is absolutely unprofessional and toxic. They fire teachers without warning or valid reasons and are quick to make false accusations without any support. The pay is terrible for the amount of work and emotional energy expected from staff. What’s worse is the hypocrisy—management constantly complains about teachers “gossiping,” while they spend most of their time in the office doing exactly that—gossiping about the teachers. There’s zero support, no appreciation, and a complete lack of respect for the people who are actually caring for the children every day. The environment is stressful, untrustworthy, and completely draining. I would not recommend working here to anyone.

If you are really wanting to work in Early Childcare Education, this is a great place to start. There is a set curriculum that gets followed and overall, the teachers work as a team.

Unfortunately, the recent shift in management has created a lot of problems with staff. Also, there is no minimum salary and no benefits for full time employees.
