I couldn’t stay at this company for long. The overpromising and underdelivering left me feeling disillusioned. Right from the start, they give you a "Senior" title, even if you don’t feel it’s deserved, as a tactic to keep you on board. They hire people based more on personality than actual experience, which might sound appealing at first, but it quickly becomes clear that it’s a strategy to fill positions rather than build a strong team. They pitch the company as being different from other MSPs, but in reality, it’s no better — in fact, it’s worse in many ways. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you're considering a role here. There are better opportunities out there where the promises match the reality.

Overworked/underpaid, Constant promising of more opportunities and more payment, but never comes. Benefits are no longer competitive. Unlimited PTO with lots of redtape surrounding it.
