What is the salary like at PAM Transport?

Great place to start and pay is good

Literally no pros at all.

The pay is terrible, they leave you stranded for days without a care if something is wrong with the truck. Safety is a joke that understands nothing about how driving works, benefits are terrible too.

Responsive team, good equipment and steady loads

Pay pretty low, micro managing through sensors and stuff, bad at honoring time pff request.

Good training experience. Good dispatchers. You feel that the company cares about you.

Low pay. You’re never home. But this is industry standard and PAM is more generous with home time than other companies.

Good home time decent money

Sometimes loads don’t cross on time and you have to wait on late crossers
