What is the salary like at Orkin?

the people are good and the customers aren't too bad and the pay is higher compared to other customer service jobs

everyone has way too much work and now they started micromanaging our time off phones like it's our fault they don't have enough people and they took our commission away so they want us to do more work and get less money

Communication both at the branch and regional level is not great. It is nearly impossible sometimes to reach managers when having issues in field. The computer system that manages routing also regularly has issues importing jobs so customers get frustrated with scheduling often.

The pay is great and if you are successful you can move up in the company fairly easily. Also Rollins has a yearly presidents club that is open to everyone and treats the best of the best to all all expense paid vacation and the destination changes every year. The company is growing and the money is always consistent

Thankfully I have a amazing team and branch manager however some branches aren’t run as efficiently and can hold people back from succeeding

Great benefits, decent pay. Work/life balance can be hit or miss depending on branch location. I love my job, even with the high stress. Customers and co-workers are friendly.

Extreme micro-managing. They say they are a family and care about their employees but their actions don't line up. Branch level employees are friendly and seem to care. Region level, cut throat, stay away. Corporate level, out of touch. Do not get sick and have to take medi cal leave.

Pay was fair, managers are involved, great benefits and paid holidays.

Can be repetitive. Not too much room for growth unless you're willing to deal with pests
