Low salaries compared to other big companies. More focused on cutting cost rather than improving products. Project timelines are too aggressive, project management is very poor at communicating between departments, silos, need to leave a come back to have a salary market adjustment.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees feedback. Hire more staff that are not afraid to challenge issues (less yes people). Invest in employees with tenure or you will continue to loose valuable experience. Tenured knowledge is less expensive to maintain vs rehire and dealing with new employees who will make costly mistakes with aggressive timelines. Lost knowledge due to turnover is absolutely priceless in the long run.
