Starting wage is low around 11-12 an hour, most positions have random shift hours, hit or miss on good managers, have to deal with a lot of difficult customers, have to have extensive automotive knowledge for all retail and commercial positions (except driver (21+), merchandiser, stocker, or dispatch)

They steal your commission from you even though they don't say that when you put in a two week notice you will loose it apparently. The turn over rate is ridiculous and pay is low for the work and knowledge they want you to have. If you make a complaint to HR they are more than likely going to brush it under the rug.
