Workload demands are ridiculous. The more work you do and pick up from others the more they dump on you. The pay is very low compared to other MACS

There really are not any pros about being employeed by Novitas Solutions.

Employees are over worked, under appreciated, and taken for granted. Always pushing for 45 plus hours a week when salaries are based upon 40 hour work weeks. The workload is too much for the amount of employees they have. The turnover is bad and all the good, experienced auditors are leaving and going to other MACs who pay a substantial amount more and have manageable workloads.
