Can be difficult to get a promotion within your team, as NR do not offer promotions. You have to wait for a more senior job to be advertised and then apply.

Loads of OT available - clearing 6 figures is easily doable

Poor leadership structure. Managers are in and out of posts quick as a hat and thus projects end up a confused mess. Communication also poor from the top down as no one knows whats going on and decisions are made that inevitably get reversed when the what if scenarios get fed upstairs.
Getting leave can be a pain as we are constantly short staffed
