      Pros

      good hiring process and slary

      Cons

      hard work long hours :

Good benefits overshadowed by toxic culture and instability

      Pros

Good benefits especially for employees looking to start a family/ parental leave

      Cons

Culture has turned toxic over the last 3 years. Leadership wants results but incapable of making decisions. Many brands have lost consumer relevance. Inability to decide means strategy is worthless. Expectation for remaining people to fill the gaps of 3 to 4 people instead of hiring anyone; and not give a raise or a promotion. Decisions are not fact based and people’s careers are impacted based on mood swings, not performance. Leadership teams are not aligned and everyone can feel it. There is a mass exodus in addition to the layoffs.

      Pros

-Supervisors and the people you work with -There’s quite a bit of down time -Pay is not bad, if you can get through your tiers quick -Lots of opportunity to move throughout the factory

      Cons

They tell you it pays $26 - $28 hr but they don’t tell you, you actually start at $20! They do offer $1.90 pay bonus for working night shift but you won’t see the rest of your hourly rate, until you’ve completed their training tiers (which is an extra $1.90 per tier, until you reach tier 3. They say it’s at your own pace but I was ready to test out of my tiers and I waited MONTHS and it wasn’t until they found out I was interviewing for a new job, that they tested me out, the week I was leaving. I lost $2000 by not getting that raise in just 2.5 months, waiting on my tier to increase.
